Crosser, Robert (1874–1957) U.S. representative; born in Holytown, Scotland. Emigrating as a boy, he became a lawyer and Ohio state representative before going to the U.S. House of Representatives (Dem., 1913–19, 1923–55). He chaired the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce.
