Cuiabá River

 or Cuyabá River

River, Brazil. Rising in central Mato Grosso state, it flows 300 mi (480 km) southwest to join the São Lourenço River. These two rivers' combined courses enter the Paraguay River north of Corumbá. Gold deposits are found in the Cuiabá's headwaters.
