DB2 Everyplace

An earlier embedded version of DB2 designed for cellphones, PDAs and other dedicated devices. It was a slimmed-down version of IBM's flagship database management system (DBMS). See DB2.

As luck would have it, Aungst had spent four years beta testing DB2 Everyplace, IBM's relational database and enterprise synchronization software, which allows enterprise applications and enterprise data to be extended to mobile devices such as PDAs and smart phones.
