Dool 

dkhol, an Armenian musical percussion instrument; a variety of two-sided drum. One of the drum skins is thicker than the other. The sound is produced by two wooden sticks, a thick one and a thin one, or by the fingers and palms. Earlier, the instrument was used in military expeditions; at the present time it is used in ensembles with zurnas and for dance and march music.
