Del Credere 

in civil law, a provision in a contract of commission whereby an agent takes upon himself responsibility (to his principal) for fulfillment of an agreement by a third party (for example, as provided for in the Civil Code of the RSFSR, art. 411). For a del credere arrangement the agent receives special remuneration.
