Location: Stretching 150 miles, the corridor follows the historic routes of the Delaware Canal and the Lehigh Navigation System, from Bristol to Wilkes-Barre, in eastern Pennsylvania.
Special Features: These two 19th-century canals and their associated early railroads opened up the rich anthracite coal fields of eastern Pennsylvania and fueled the Industrial Revolution. The corridor includes museums dealing with the region's cultural and industrial history, as well as state parks and historic landmarks.
