Delphinus [del′fē·nəs]
(astronomy)
A northern constellation, right ascension 21 hours, declination 10° north. Also known as Dolphin.
(vertebrate zoology)
A genus of cetacean mammals, including the dolphin.
Delphinus 

(“the dolphin”), a constellation of the northern sky. Its three brightest stars have apparent stellar magnitudes of 3.7, 3.8, and 4. The best conditions for observations are in June, July, and August. Delphinus is visible throughout the USSR.
