An earlier client/server application development system for Windows, Macintosh and Motif from Oracle. Formerly the Cooperative Development Environment, the core programs were Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle Graphics. Oracle Procedure Builder provided drag and drop application partitioning.
