Devil's Lake State Park Location: 2 miles south of Baraboo. Facilities: 535 campsites (117 with electrical hookups), showers, picnic areas, enclosed day-use shelter, concessions, hiking trails (30 miles), nature trails, mountain bike trails (8 miles), ski trails (17 miles), nature center, scenic vista, shoreline, boat launch, amphitheater. Activities: Camping (including winter camping), boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dogsledding, naturalist programs. Special Features: Park is designated an Ice Age Unit of the Ice Age National Scientific Reserve. It features 500-foot bluffs flanking a 360-acre lake.
