As a non-profit looking to reduce costs, the Society also employs TeleVantage's Direct Inward Dialing (DID) feature, which allows members to dial a staff number directly thereby bypassing an auto-attendant. Bill McGoey, Senior Vice President of American Partners Bank, said, "We assigned direct inward dialing numbers to our employees that work closely with customers, and have received the productivity advantages of receiving faxes to the desktop. Both T1 and ISDN-PRI trunking options reduce phone service costs and also support up to 100 Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers to boost efficiency. |
