AMCON Distributing Company (AMEX:DIT), an Omaha, Nebraska based consumer products company, announced that it has raised $2,000,000 through the issuance of 80,000 shares of a new issue of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock to an affiliate of Draupnir LLC.
Wright is a partner and the other of which is also in the amount of $250,000 from Draupnir, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, of which Allen Petersen, one of the Company's directors, is a member.
