| PCR products were purified by using the QIAquick gel extraction kit (Qiagen, Leusden, the Netherlands) and sequenced with the Big Dye Terminator sequencing kit, version 3. The nucleotide sequence for each amplicon was determined by using Big Dye Terminator Sequencing Ready Reaction kits with AmpliTaq DNA polymerase FS, as described by the supplier (Applied Biosystems, Warrington, UK). The target fragments of 12 positive clones from each sample were sequenced by using Big Dye Terminator sequencing kit on an ABI 310 sequencer (PE Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA). |
