(1) (Electronic Communications Network) A computerized, private financial trading system. Terra Nova Trading (www.lightspeed.com) and Instinet (www.instinet.com) are examples.

(2) (Engineering Change Notice) A document that identifies a change to a product. It includes the description of the change, reason behind it, departments affected, approval and time schedule.
