ECTF (Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum, www.ectf.org) An industry association founded in 1996 that provides a clearinghouse for technical standards for voice and data integration in the computer telephony arena. It acts as an umbrella group that coordinates with many smaller organizations throughout the U.S. and Europe in order to promote interoperability between products.
