ECTF(Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum, www.ectf.org) An industry association founded in 1996 that provides a clearinghouse for technical standards for voice and data integration in the computer telephony arena. It acts as an umbrella group that coordinates with many smaller organizations throughout the U.S. and Europe in order to promote interoperability between products. | Headed by the New York office of the Secret Service, the ECTF boasts a membership of 180 top federal and local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.
