Under the terms of the agreement, ARRIS has acquired EGT patents and video processing technology for digital networks and will employ approximately 20-25 of the existing employees.
Andreas Petsas and Glen Walker, students at the University of CambridgeAAEs Institute for Manufacturing who were invited to Amman by Jordanian Company Entity Green Training (EGT), wrote a special report advising EGT over future recycling strategies, with a special focus on the recycling of plastic bottles (polyethylene terephthalate or PET).
Bunge North America, Japan's ITOCHU, and Korea's STX Pan Ocean have formed a joint venture called EGT Development to build and operate what will be the first new export grain facility in the United States in 20 years.
