Location: South from Boulder on CO 93 to CO 170, then on to park entrance west of the town of Eldorado Springs, about 8 miles southwest of Boulder.
Facilities: 35 picnic sites, group picnic area, stables/horse rental, hiking and bridle trails (12 miles), bike trails (9 miles), visitor/nature center, restrooms.
Activities: Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, hunting (with restrictions), cross-country skiing, interpretive programs.
Special Features: Eldorado Canyon features sheer rock formations rising 1,500 feet above the canyon floor, affording some of the best technical rock climbing in the country. Park includes more than 500 different climbing routes.
