(Electrochemistry), a monthly journal of the division of general and industrial chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Founded by A. N. Frumkin, it has been published in Moscow since 1965. It prints original papers, survey articles, short reports, and abstracts of articles abstracted by the All-Union Institute of Scientific and Technical Information (VINITI) on the kinetics of electrode processes, electrosynthesis, the thermodynamics of solutions, and other branches of electrochemistry. It also features book reviews and reports on symposiums and conferences. Circulation, about 2500 (1978).
