(Electrical Engineering), a monthly scientific and technical journal published by the Ministry of Electrical Engineering Industry of the USSR and the Central Board of the Scientific and Technical Society of the Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering Industry. The journal is published in Moscow. Founded in 1930, it appeared until September 1963 under the title Vestnik elektropromyshlennosti (Journal of the Electrical Industry).

The journal deals with current theoretical and applied problems in electrical engineering and contains articles on the new developments, design techniques, and production technology associated with electric machinery, equipment, and instrumentation. Circulation, 13,500(1978).
