Elijah Bristow State Park Location: Off OR 58, 16 miles southeast of Eugene. Facilities: Picnic area, multi-use trails (12 miles), group shelter, viewing platform (é), boat ramp, restrooms. Activities: Fishing, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding. Special Features: Named for one of the first pioneer settlers in Lane County, the park sits along the Middle Fork of Willamette River, north of Dexter Reservoir. It features Channel Lake, a land-locked river channel that meanders through the park.
