J AMIE EVANS, who enjoyed a successful riding stint in Europe in the 1990s that included success in two Welsh Champion Hurdles and the Coral Cup at the Cheltenham Festival, claimed another major victory on Saturday when the novice Enzed became the first horse in more than 60 years to win the Grand National Hurdle at Flemington on just his second start over hurdles, writes Syd Brennan.
