JITC's evaluation strategy will identify data necessary to support Joint Interoperability Test Certification as well as the test events/environments planned to produce those data. The essence of NCLB's school evaluation strategy is tied to improvements in students' scores on state-chosen NCLB tests. Three necessary components of this model are discussed: (a) a comprehensive career development model for students K-16, (b) a framework for identifying post-high school outcomes for all students, and (c) a program evaluation strategy to address the diverse needs of local communities. |
