Expression Studio
A suite of Web and graphics design applications from Microsoft, which can also be purchased separately. Introduced in 2007, Expression Web is the Web page authoring package, while Expression Design is a vector-based illustration program. Expression Blend is used to add video, animation and interaction, and Expression Media is used to organize and catalog multimedia assets (images, videos, etc.).

Expression Web Microsoft's Expression Web (the successor to the venerable FrontPage software) is Microsoft's web authoring tool and is considered to be one of the leading web design tool available today.
Once approved, these companies can have access to Microsoft Web design and development tools, including three licenses of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition, two licenses of Microsoft Expression Web 3 and one license of Microsoft Expression Studio 3, four processor licenses for production usage to Windows Web Server 2008 or R2 (when available) and four processor licenses for production usage to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Web Edition.
It is now defunct and has been replaced by Expression Web, but as it came bundled with Word and Excel there is no doubt that many of today''s web designers got their first taste of site creation through that piece of software.
