Flash video
A very popular video format on the Web from Adobe. Using the .FLV file extension, Flash videos are played with the latest Flash media player from Adobe as well as other FLV players. A large amount of video content on the Web uses this format, including YouTube, Google Video and Flickr. Most Flash video is downloaded using the progressive method (see progressive download).

Video can also be embedded within the traditional Flash animation format that is authored in a timeline and published as an .SWF file for playback. However, this is typically done with short video elements, as the timeline supports a maximum number of frames that limits the length of the video to only a few minutes. See Flash and Flash movie.

The FLV file can be the leader among video files since it's small in size and used widely through the Internet.
However, Google still cannot read images that include text, nor does it read and index FLV files (the main type of file used for videos on sites like YouTube).
YouTube videos and FLV files among that can't be indexed since they don't contain any texts.
