Vadkovskii, Fedor Fedorovich
Born 1800; died Jan. 8, 1844, in the village of Oek, now Irkutsk Oblast. A Decembrist; ensign of the Nezhin Regiment. In 1823, Vadkovskii joined the Northern Society of Decembrists. In 1824 he became a member of the St. Petersburg board of the Southern Society and accepted its republican program. He was sentenced to lifelong hard labor, but the sentence was reduced to 13 years.
