Nigeria has now become the country that everybody sees as a flag bearer with regards to the EITI. Oregon's Steve Nosler has been the flag bearer for professionalism during his run as head golf coach, which ends this week. But Kuwait said it remained committed to the Palestinian cause, and the country's religious and Arab nationalist politicians, who make up a majority of Parliament, continue to be flag bearers against efforts to normalise relations. |
