Facilities:Picnic areas, hiking trails, visitor center, museum.
Activities:Boating, canoeing, water-skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, living history demonstrations.
Special Features:Site of one of the earliest fortifications on the western frontier, built by British soldiers in 1756. Today a reconstruction of the fort overlooks the Tellico Reservoir and the Appalachian Mountains.
