Experiment for measuring the speed of light in which light is reflected from a rapidly rotating mirror to a distant mirror and back, and the speed of light is deduced from the displacement of the beam after its second reflection from the rotating mirror, the angular speed of the rotating mirror, and the distance the light travels.
