FoxBASE

FoxBASE

An earlier Xbase development system for the Macintosh from Microsoft. It was succeeded by FoxPro. Originally developed by Fox Software for DOS, FoxBASE gained a reputation early on for its speed and compatibility with dBASE. See Visual FoxPro.

The data scanner analyzes and logs hard-to-find Y2K data problems in dBase, FoxBASE, C, C++, FoxPro, Pascal Delphi, Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and other programs.
The feature searches through spreadsheet and database files in programs such as dBase, FoxBase, C/C++, Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel, among others, and replaces two-digit date information with Y2K-compliant four-digit dates.
Replic-Action is bundled with more than 35 databases drivers and supports many more database systems including ALLBASE/SQL, DB2/400, Btrieve, DB2 (with MDI Gateway), FoxBASE, Informix, INGRES, InterBase, Oracle, Paradox, PROGRESS, MS SQL, Sybase SQL Server, and Teradata.
