GPMC

(1) (Group Policy Management Console) A Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in for the Windows Server 2003 and XP (with .NET) operating systems. It is used to manage policy settings across multiple Active Directory domains. GPMC consolidated a variety of previous policy and Active Directory snap-ins into one user interface.

(2) (Ginger Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake) A whole lot more appetizing than definition #1 above, this is an extraordinarily delicious dessert conceived by master chef Steve Thompson. It has been a delight at the annual New Year's Day party hosted by the Editor-In-Chief of this Encyclopedia, Alan Freedman and his wife Irma (2008 marked the 30th year of the party and the fourth year of the GPMC!).

The Best GPMC
When it's time for dessert and coffee, the Ginger Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake lasts about a microsecond before being devoured.
