A sound card from Creative Labs that included a stereo 12-voice MIDI synthesizer. Originally introduced in 1987 as the Creative Music System (C/MS), it was renamed Game Blaster shortly thereafter. Game Blaster cards evolved into the Sound Blaster standard.
