Goldsmith, Raymond William 

Born Dec. 23. 1904, in Brussels. American bourgeois economist. Professor at Yale University since 1960.

Goldsmith is the author of works on the banking system of the USA, statistics of finances, the calculation of the national wealth of the USA, the analysis of the balance of payments of the country, and problems of investment and export of capital. Goldsmith’s works are an apologetic for capitalism.
