Gorokhov 

a city (from 1939), administrative center of Gorokhov Raion, Volyn’ Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, 9 km from the Gorokhov railroad station (on the Lutsk-L’vov line). Gorokhov has a foundry and machining works, a building-materials producer, a food combine, an agricultural technicum, and the Museum of Revolution, War, and Labor Glory.
