But from the beginning of September, I expect to be editing Granta magazine, so this will be my last column.
nbsp;and now living in England, has been named by Granta magazine as one of the top 20 young British novelists and Brick Lane was short listed for the prestigious British 2003 Booker Prize.
In the grand tradition of building a "swipe file"--and recalling the old saying, "Talent borrows, genius steals"--we'd like to pass along a lively letter we received after our subscription to Granta magazine expired.
