A family of dicotyledonous plants in the order Rhamnales; mostly tendril-bearing climbers with compound or lobed leaves, as in grapes (Vitis).

Interestingly enough, these vines are part of the grape family as well.
The DGGL represents 18 table grape family farms which have been growing spring table grapes in the Coachella Valley for over 70 years.
