Green, Arthur (1941–  ) rabbi, educator; born in Paterson, N.J. He graduated from Brandeis University and earned a Ph.D. there in 1975. He taught religious studies at the University of Pennsylvania (1973–84) and was named dean of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College in 1984.
