Activities: Hiking, jogging, bicycling, horseback riding, train rides, golf, tennis, horseshoes. Special Features: Park attractions include the Griffith Observatory and Planetarium; Travel Town, an outdoor transportation museum specializing in pre-World War II railroad equipment; the Autry Museum of Western Heritage; the Greek Theatre; and the Los Angeles Zoo, which is home to more than 2,000 rare and exotic mammals, birds, and reptiles.
