Griffiths-Priday Ocean State Park Location: 21 miles northwest of Hoquiam, Washington, on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Facilities: Picnic area, kitchen shelter (with electricity), beach access, play area, rest rooms. Activities: Fishing, clamming, horseback riding, bird watching, beachcombing, mountain biking. Special Features: Encompassing the area from the beach through the dunes to the Copalis River, this park contains both saltwater and freshwater shoreline. Included is Copalis Spit Natural Area, a designated wildlife refuge.
