Grumm-Grzhimailo Glacier
a valley glacier in the Pamirs. The Grumm-Grzhimailo Glacier originates at the base of the Peak of the Revolution (6,974 m). Area, 160 km; length, 36.7 km; width, 3–0.5 km; elevation at its end, 3,620 m. It gives rise to the Tanymas River (basin of the Bartang). The glacier was discovered in 1887 by an expedition of G.
