an urban-type settlement in Bogodukhov Raion, Kharkov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Guty is located on the Merla River (the Dnieper basin), 10 km from the Guty railroad station (on the Kharkov-Sumy line). The town has a sugar combine.
