Haeju 

a city in the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea; a port on the coast of the Yellow Sea. Capital of Hwanghae-namdo Province. Population, more than 100,000. Industry includes the manufacture of cement, glass, agricultural machinery, chemical products, paper, and food products. There is also fishing and fish processing.
