Designed for high speed, medium inertia with an open rotor cylinder, and 2, 3 or 5 hardened steel rotating knives, the company's granulator unit can process material down to 80 mesh up to 2" in size.
Inserts are available in 9- and 12-mm sizes; grade X400, providing the capability to machine hardened steel, is standard.
It features 24" diameter steel drums with 2-1/4" continuous steel shaft and supports completely through the drums, two heavy duty adjustable gauge wheels with 11L x 15 Goodyear tires, adjustable drum scrapers with 1/2" x 1-1/2" hardened steel wear strips on the bottom of the scraper, and two storage stands with drum anti-roll locking devices for storing.
