Location: Off US 730, 9 miles east of Umatilla on Columbia River.
Facilities: Picnic area, picnic shelter, restrooms, boat ramp, hiking trail, game courts.
Activities: Boating, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing, hiking.
Special Features: Park lies on the south shore of Lake Wallula behind McNary Dam on the Columbia River. Hat Rock was the first distinctive Oregon landmark passed by the Lewis and Clark expedition on its journey down the Columbia River.
