Hearst Corporation 

one of the largest newspaper trusts in the USA. Established in the late 19th century, it belongs to the Hearst family. The Hearst Corporation publishes a number of influential newspapers and magazines and owns stock in the United Press International news agency; it also controls King Features, a press syndicate that distributes feature copy to about 200 newspapers.
