Another item from Inolex is LexFeel Natural (INCI: Heptyl undecylenate), a very light and dry emollient derived from castor oil.
The mobile phases used included aqueous solutions with and without the chiral selector sulfated [beta]-cyclodextrin (S-[beta]-CD) and the ion pairing agent sodium heptyl sulfate (SHS).
When falling booster burst into flame on impact, the remaining heptyl is converted into new chemical compounds that may be up to ten times as toxic as heptyl itself.
