Ralph Stover State Park Location: 2 miles north of Point Pleasant on State Park Road and Stump Road, in the southeast corner of the state. Facilities: Picnic area, picnic pavilions, restrooms, hiking trails (1 mile), scenic vista. Activities: Whitewater boating (rafting and kayaking), fishing, hiking, rock climbing. Special Features: The High Rocks section of the park features an outstanding view of a horseshoe bend in Tohickon Creek and the surrounding forest. When high water conditions exist, Tohickon Creek offers a challenging course for closed-deck canoes and kayaks.
