Location: Between Brunswick and Darien on US Highway 17, 1 mile east of I-95 exit 42.
Facilities: Historic home, museum, gift shop, nature trail, picnic area.
Activities: Guided house tours, interpretive programs.
Special Features: The plantation and its inhabitants were part of the genteel low country society that developed during the antebellum period. Originally a rice plantation along the Altamaha River, the home is furnished with antiques, and its exhibits depict plantation life in the mid-1800s.
