Kitchen Computer

An early 16-bit minicomputer from Honeywell that was marketed to housewives as a tool to store and retrieve recipes. In 1969, the Neiman Marcus catalog featured the machine for the bargain price of $10,600. With 16KB of memory and a CPU speed of 0.6 MHz, there is no proof that any units were ever sold. You can, however, see one on display at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. See Computer History Museum.
