Hooper, Franklin Henry(born Jan. 28, 1862, Worcester, Mass., U.S.—died Aug. 14, 1940, near Saranac Lake, N.Y.) U.S. editor. He was the brother of Horace Everett Hooper, publisher of Encyclopædia Britannica.
