IP control

    0.03 sec.
IP control
Using a Web-based interface to control an electronic device. Since most computers and networking devices are IP based, the term typically refers to equipment that has not traditionally been controlled over a network such as an A/V receiver or HDTV. Such devices connect to an IP network and have built-in Web servers with configuration pages that are accessed from a Web browser in a computer on the network. See Web server.
