Iasnomorskii

an urban-type settlement in Nevel’sk Raion, Sakhalin Oblast, RSFSR. Iasnomorskii is situated on the south-western part of Sakhalin Island, on Tatar Strait in the Sea of Japan. It is served by a railroad station on the Gornozavodsk-Il’inskii line. A fish-processing plant and a branch of the Nevel’skii sovkhoz are located in the settlement.
